Moriah International, Inc has partnered with Bedrikow Legal Counsel in Switzerland, LMR BRAS & SWISS Associates and Victory 7 Corporation. These last two corporations are located in Brazil.
This Strategic International Business Consortium was established in order to provide combined international marketing, legal and business advice in safe monetization of Brazilian gemstones, in particular Alexandrite and outstanding jewelry, and the supply of high-quality gemstones (Amethyst, Aquamarine Emerald, Garnet, Imperial Topaz and Tourmaline Paraíba) from reliable owners and mines in Brazil and supported by reports from recognized gemologists.
The parties currently operate as an informal business consortium for the purpose of evaluating and pursuing specific commercial opportunities. No partnership, joint venture, corporation, LLC, fiduciary relationship, or other legal entity is intended or created unless and until formal written agreements are executed.
